Stir fried chili garlic prawns :
Ingredients:
Prawns 20
Chopped green chili 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 3 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes 3
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Chopped green coriander 2
Chili garlic sauce 5 tbsp
Method:
Wash the prawns. now heat oil and fry garlic for 2 minutes. then add chopped tomatoes, salt, crushed red chili, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, chopped spring onion and chopped chili mix. now add prawns and mix and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. after this add chopped coriander and serve hot.
Chicken pad thai :
Ingredients:
Noodles 1 packet
Chicken ½ kg
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Fish sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Spring onion 1 cup
Garlic 5 cloves
Roasted and chopped peanut ½ cup
Basil 2 tbsp
Method:
Noodles boiled .now in a bowl add brown sugar ,fish sauce ,soy sauce ,lemon juice and chili garlic sauce mix .now in a pan heat oil and fry onion ,garlic and chicken .after 2 minutes add noodles .finally garnish with roasted and chopped peanut and basil.
Arabian Kabab:
Ingredients:
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Onion (chopped) 1
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Talhar chili 1 tbsp
Garlic (crushed) 5-6 cloves
Parsley (chopped) 1 cup
Chicken Cube 1
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and remove in a bowl .now add Chicken Mince , Black Pepper, Talhar chili ,Garlic ,salt , Parsley and Chicken Cube mix and now and make small balls.Shallow fry kababs. Garnish with salad leaves and serve with pita bread.
