  2. In authentic gujarati recipe there are no use onion only use the garlic & you crush the roti in mixture grinder & make just like flour. Not good texture & not right process. If you put video in sanjeev kapoor recipe it is reduce its prestige & please make sure for its taste as well as parfact recipe before putting the video.
