Delicious bite sized Spinach Cheese Balls are easy to make and even easier to eat

Spinach cheese balls:

Ingredients for cheese layer

Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Jalapenos chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Chopped olives 2tbsp

Ingredients for spinach layer

Fresh bread crumbs 2 cups
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Beaten egg ½
Potatoes boiled and mashed 1 ½ cup
Steamed spinach puree ¼ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
Salt n pepper ¼ tsp each
Garlic paste ½ tsp

Method

Mix together all the ingredients for cheese layer and small balls, mix ingredients for spinach layer and make small portions, take each portion in your palm and flatten it, place the cheese ball in the center and roll to coat all sides, roll into small balls and deep fry.

Focaccia stick sauce shots:

Ingredients for sticks
Flour 3 cups
Yeast 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
oil ¼ cup
Water to knead
Ingredients for topping
Butter 4 ounces
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Olives as required
Ingredients for sauce
Butter softened 2 ounces
Cream ¾ cup
Milk ½ cup
Salt n pepper ½ tsp each
Pizza sauce 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Finely chopped jalapenos 1 tbsp
Method for dough
Knead all the ingredients together with warm water, keep it to rise until double in volume, roll out the raisin dough into a thin circle, brush with butter, spread with mozzarella, sprinkle with chopped garlic, garlic powder, olives and salt, cut into strips, bake on 180 d for 20 mins.
Method for sauce
Blend all the ingredients in the blender for 1 min, spoon a little sauce in each shot glass and serve with a bread stick in each glass.

Croissant sandwiches with apple slaw:

Ingredients
Chicken boneless cubes 300 gm
Coal to smoke
Ingredients for garlic mayo
Baking powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Brown onion grinded 1 tbsp
Bihari kabab masala 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Croissants toasted / brushed with butter 4
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Milk 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt / pepper pinch
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for apple slaw
Cabbage shredded 1 cup
Apple finely chopped with skin 1
Cream 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt n pepper ¼ tsp each

Method

Marinate chicken and pan fry, give some with coal, make garlic mayo with all the given ingredients, mix ingredients form apple slaw and keep aside, apply mayo on toasted croissants, top with bbq chicken and finish with apple slaw, serve immediately.
