Nihari :

Ingredients:
Boneless beef (large pieces) 1 kg
Bones (marrow & knuckles) 2 kg
Onion (finely sliced) 1
Whole Wheat /Flour ½cup
Oil ½ cup
Nihari Masala 1 packet
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Crushed green chili as required
Ginger (Finely cut) as required
Lemon as required

Method:
Heat ½ cup oil, add fry ginger garlic then add meat, nihari Masala and Stir fry until oil separates from masala.
Add 8 cups water and bones. Stir and bring to boil. Cover and cook undisturbed on low heat. Remove bones and collect marrow. Add marrow to the gravy. Gradually add dissolved flour in the gravy. Stir and mix. Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally. Heat remaining oil and add sliced onion. Stir fry until golden and pour into nihari. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Remove excess oil before serving

Barbecued Chicken:
Ingredients
Chicken leg pieces 4
Onion 1
Garlic crushed 1 clove
Oil ¼ cup
Chili Sauce 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1tbsp
Red Pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Coal 1
Dipitt sauce 1 cup
Method:
Do the smoke in chicken then bake in a 375-degree C oven for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot oil over medium heat until tender but not brown. Stir in chili sauce, soy sauce, mustard, and crushed red pepper mix then stir fry. now sauce pour on baked chicken and cook then serve.

Fried wings with Creamy garlic sauce:
Ingredients:
Cream 1 cup
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Thick curd 1cup
Garlic crushed 1clove
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chicken wings 1/3 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp

Method
In a bowl add cream, mayonnaise, crushed black pepper, thick yogurt, crushed garlic, lemon juice and caster sugar to mix well .now in chicken wings add salt and garlic powder and set a side .after this heat oil and fry for 15 minutes and serve with ready sauce .
