Ingredients
200 gms. boneless Chicken
15 gms. fresh Cream
10 gms. cheese
10 gms. ginger/garlic paste
5 gms. National Garam Masala powder
5 gms. white pepper powder
National Salt to taste
Cut boneless chicken breast and legs into tikka size.
Marinate with ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, white pepper powder and salt.
Make a mixture of fresh cream and finely grated cheese and add to the marinated chicken.
Keep for about 4 to 5 hours and cook in tandoor clay oven.
