Make this quick and easy chutney using grated raw mangoes.
CHATPATA RAW MANGO CHUTNEY
Ingredients
2 large raw mangoes, peeled and grated
¾ cup castor sugar
1½ tablespoons grated jaggery (gur)
¾ teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
½ teaspoon roasted cumin (jeera) powder
Method
1. Heat a non-stick pan. Add mangoes, castor sugar and jaggery, mix well and cook till the mangoes turn pulpy.
2. Add chilli powder, dried mango powder and cumin powder, mix well and cook till fully done.
3. Cool and serve or store in an airtight container.
