  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • (لال مرچ دو چائے کے چمچ (پسی ہوئی
  • ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  • (ادرک دو کھانے کے چمچ (باریک کٹی ہوئی
  • ہرا دھنیا حسبِ ضرورت
  • انار دانہ ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
  • تیل حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب

 

  • تیل گرم کرکے پیاز ہلکی فرائی کرلیں۔
  • اب اس میں سفید زیرہ، ٹماٹر، نمک، پسی لال مرچ، ہلدی اور باریک کٹی ادرک ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون لیں۔
  • پھر اُبلے اور میش کیے ہوئے آلو شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور دس منٹ کے لیے دَم پر رکھ دیں۔
  • آخر میں تھوڑا سا ہرا دھنیا اور انار دانہ ڈال کر مکس کریں اور نکال کر سرو کریں۔
