Watermelon Dessert:
Ingredients:
Watermelon 1kg
Red drink syrup ½ cup
Fresh Cream 1 packet
Cream Cheese 1 cup
Caster Sugar 4 tbsp
Green Jelly 1 packet
Chopped Pistachios 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Cooked 1 packet green jelly and cool it and make small pieces.
Now mix 1 cup cream cheese, 1 packet fresh cream and 4 tbsp caster sugar. Take out water melon seeds and do small pieces. Put the whipped cream in serving bowl or glass. Put jelly pieces on the watermelon. Pour ½ cup red drink syrup on it and in the end add 2 tbsp chopped pistachios and serve.
Vegetable Chowmein:
Ingredients:
Spaghetti 1 packet
Capsicum 1 large
Carrots 1 Large
Cabbage 1 medium
Spring Onion 8
Oyster Sauce 4 Tbsp
Ketchup 4 Tbsp
Chili Garlic Sauce 4 Tbsp
Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
Crushed Chili to taste
Vinegar 4 Tbsp
Oil 6 Tbsp + 4 Tbsp
Salt 3 Tbsp
Directions:
Fill a pot with 3/4 water. Add 3 Tbsp. salt and 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil and bring to a boil.
Add spaghetti and boil till cooked then run it under cold water. Set aside. In a wok add 6 Tbsp. Vegetable oil and add carrots, capsicum and cabbage. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, chili garlic sauce, balsamic vinegar and crushed chili and mix well. Add spaghetti little by little and mix well until all incorporated.
Baghdadi Chicken:
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Red chili powder 1tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic 1tsp
Lemon juice 2tbp
Chicken mince 1cup
Green peas 1cup
Capsicum 1
Cumin roasted 1tsp
Mustard paste 2tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Fried onion paste ½ cup
Tomatoes paste ½ cup
Olive oil 4tbsp
Method:
In chicken all ingredients sprinkling .now bake in oven 180 degree centigrade. Now heat oil and fry onion paste and tomato paste add. Then chicken mince ,red chili powder ,salt ,sugar ,thyme ,roasted cumin ,peas and mustard paste mix .when peas tender then add capsicum and marinated chicken add then cover it when oil come on surface then stove off .
