Chicken Fries Pizza:
Ingredients:
Pizza sauce 1 ½ cup
Chicken fries 1 packet
Cheddar cheese 1 ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cup
Sliced mushroom 1 cup
Sliced capsicum 1 cup
Sliced Onion 1 cup
Oil for frying
For The Dough:
Flour 750 gm
Yeast 1 ½ tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Oil 6 tbsp

Method:
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the dough. Knead with lukewarm water. Cover and set aside to rise. Then heat oil in wok, deep fry the chicken fries and set aside. Now roll out the dough in a pizza pan. Spread pizza sauce on top. Then sprinkle cheese, add chicken and then vegetables. Bake on 200 c for about 25 minutes. Remove and serve hot.

Calzones:

Ingredients:
Butter 6 tbsp
Flour 3 cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Egg 1
For The Filling:
Chicken boneless (strips) 1 cup
Sausages (sliced) 3
Cheddar cheese (slice, grated) 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Capsicum (sliced) 1 cup
Onion 1 cup
Black pepper 1 ½ tbsp
Oil as required
For The Sauce:
Tomatoes 3
Tomato puree 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
Onion (chopped) 1 small
Garlic 1 tbsp
Oil as required

Method:
In a bowl mix all the dough ingredients and knead well.
For the filling, heat oil in a pan add chicken and ½ tsp salt. Fry for about 5 minutes. Then add all the remaining ingredients except cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
For the sauce, heat oil in a pan add tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, salt and 2 cups water. Bring it to boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then add black pepper and grind it. Now roll the dough to a thin chapatti and add the filling. Then add cheese and roll the dough in cylinder shape. Now place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven on 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Then sprinkle cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes. In the end remove and cut into pieces. Serve.

Fish Hara Masala:

Ingredients:
Fish fillet 2
Onions (chopped) 3-4
Lemons 3-4
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mint for garnish
Fried onions for garnish
Fresh coriander 250 gm
Green chilies 250 gm
Soya 250 gm
Spring onions 250 gm
Capsicum 250 gm
Oil as required

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions well. Then spread it on a kitchen towel. Now marinate fish fillet with salt and lemon. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets well. Also add lemon juice. Now add coriander, green chilies, soya, spring onions, capsicum and salt. Mix well. Then add fried onion in a platter, place fish fillet on the top. In the end garnish with fried onions and mint leaves and serve.
