Turkish Bread Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:

Bread 4 Slices
Chicken Mince 1 Cup
Capsicum 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomato 1 tbsp (Chopped)
National Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp

Coating Ingredients:

Gram Flour 1 Cup
National Coriander Powder 1 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1 Pinch
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
Water as you required

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Capsicum, Onion, Tomato, Cumin Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Flakes and mix it well.

Step 2: Now cut the edges of the bread slices and then cut it into 2 pieces (1 Bread Slice cut into 2 pieces) Now spread the chicken (from Step 1) on the slices and cover with other bread slices.

Step 3: Now take a bowl and add Gram Flour, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Ajwain and mix it well and then add Water as you required and mix it and make a thin pakora batter.

Step 4: Now take a bread (from step 2) and coating with pakora batter (from step 3) and then deep fry it on medium flame. Fry them until it become into golden brown color. After that your Turkish Bread Pakora is Ready.
