Beauty Detox Smoothie

This delicious smoothie will help your body get stronger and more beautiful both inside and out. Chia seeds are packed with skin-healthy omega-3 fats and protein, while the supergreen powder cleanses the body from within. You’ll see and feel its results!

Serves 1

  • ½ lettuce, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • ½ apple, chopped
  • ½ pear, chopped
  • 1tbsp raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1tsp lucuma powder or brown sugar
  • 1tsp supergreen powder
  • 200ml water or coconut water

Place the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Deep Green Juice

Spirulina is an amazing superfood. It boasts 60-70 per cent protein, making it ideal for supporting energy levels during your juice plan. It’s known for its cleansing abilities thanks to the high chlorophyll content, which helps remove toxins from the body and improve immune function. Only add a small amount due to its strong flavour. Use the core of the pineapple in this juice, which is packed with bromelain, an enzyme known to support digestive health and lower inflammation.

Serves 1

  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 200g pineapple (1 large wedge)
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 large handfuls  spinach

Simply juice all the ingredients together then whisk or blend and serve.

Cherry Chocolate Greens Smoothie

An easy way to cram in more greens. Adding in a scoop of chocolate protein powder will help support energy levels and avoid dips in blood sugar. This smoothie is ideal post exercise as cherries have anti-inflammatory properties and have been shown to help relieve muscular aches and pains.

Serves 1

  • 1tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup cherries, pitted, frozen or fresh
  • A large handful of spinach
  • ½ banana chopped and frozen (optional)
  • ½ tsp maca powder
  • 1tbsp chia flex and walnuts
  • 200ml almond milk

Place the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Stress Buster Smoothie

A creamy shake packed with herbs that support adrenal function and restore vitality. Kefir also provides probiotics to support digestive health. Alternatively use almond or coconut milk. Bee pollen is rich in enzymes, nutrients and antioxidants to boost energy.

Serves 1

  • 1 cup or large handful of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1tbsp almond nut butter
  • ½tsp cocoa powder
  • 120g frozen berries
  • 1tsp coconut oil
  • 250ml  coconut milk or almond milk

Simply blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
