Til Walay Naan:
INGREDIENTS:
Fine Flour ½ kg
Dried Milk 1 cup
Butter 50g
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Luke Warm Water for kneading
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING:
Green Onions 2
Curry Leaves 6
Green Chilies 6
Finely Chopped Garlic 10-12 cloves
Salt ½ tsp
Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Take 1 kg fine flour, 1 cup dried milk, 50g butter, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp yeast and ½ tsp salt and mix it with warm water and knead it. Now make dough and wait until it rise and keep it for 20 minutes. For making topping, in a bowl put 2 green onions, 6 curry leaves, 6 green chilies, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 10-12 finely chopped garlic and ½ tsp salt and make topping after mixing it. Now make a roti of the dough and put the topping and keep it for 20 minutes. Bake it on 200C for 20 minutes. Til walay Naan are ready.
Fried Gola Kabab:
Ingredients:
Mince 1/2kg
Egg 1
Fried Onions4
Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
Raw Papaya 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Red Chili Powder 2tsp
Nuteg ¼ tsp
Mace 1/4tsp
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Chicken tikka and Imli ki Chutney:
Ingredients:
Chicken tikka 1 packet
Yogurt 1 cup
Red Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
Garlic Cloves 4
Tomato 1
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) ½ tsp
Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
Water ½ cup
Oil for frying
Method
Chicken tikka fry in a oil then set a side .then in a blender, blended yogurt, red chili, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, tomatoes, salt, cumin seeds, tamarind pulp and water.finallyImliki chutney serve with tikka .
