INGREDIANTS:
- Undercut beef. 1kg
- Red bell pepper. 1
- Yellow bell pepper. 1
- Orange bell pepper. 1
- Oyster sauce. 4 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste. 2 tbs
- Lemmon grass. 1 tsp
- Vinegar. 2 tbs
- Black pepper (crushed). 1 tbs
- Red chilli flakes. 1 tbs
- Red Thai chillies. 3 to 4
- Pineapples 1 cane
- Pineapple juice. 400 ml
- Oil. 100 ml
- Salt. To taste
- Jalapeno. 2
- Cornflour. 1 tbs
MARINATION: 6 hours
Take a steak pieces and hammer it add ginger garlic+black pepper+lemmon grass+oyster sauce+chilli flakes+thyme+vinegar+red thai chillies+salt+oil now marrinate it properly
METHOD:
Take a wok and some oil chopped garlic make it Golden brown + all veggies + pineapple juice + pineapple syrup from cane + add some lemon grass + oyster sauce + vinegar + jalapeno + salt cook for 5 minutes now add cornflour paste sauce is ready.
Grilled pineapples on both sides for marks now grilled marinated beef on both sides till tender.
Now pour sauce on pineapples and steaks and serve it with rice
