Kulcha :
Ingredients:
Flour ½ kg
Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
Nigella sativa 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Clarified butter 3 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Egg 1
Seekh kabab Pulao:
Ingredients:
Chicken Seekh kabab 1 packet
Rice (Sela) 4 cups
All spices (whole) 2tbsp
Fennel seeds 4tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
Onion slice 1 (medium)
Oil 1/4cup
Salt 1tbsp
Chicken stock 1liter
Onion slices 1 medium size
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry chicken seekh kabab for 10 minutes and keep a side. Now in a wok heat oil and fry onion, ginger and garlic. Now whole garam masala, fennel seeds and chicken stock cook for 15 minutes until it reaches to boil. After this remove water from the stock and mix rice then cook on high flame for 10 minutes. Then add chicken seekh kabab & cook on low flame for 10 minutes then serve it.
Smoky Chicken:

For Chicken marination :
Chicken 1-1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Yogurt 2-3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coal for smoking
Coating ingredients:
Flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Mayo garlic sauce ingredients:
Mayonnaises 1 cup
Chili sauce ½ cup
Garlic 2 cloves
Lemon 1
Red chili flakes ½ tsp
