- Ingredients
Chicken 1/ 2 kg
Yoghurt 1/2 cup beaten
Salt 1 tsp
Almonds 8 to 10
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Desicated coconut 1 tbsp
Cumin seed crushed 1 tsp
Green chillies paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric pd less than 1/ 4 th tsp
Onion 1 thinly sliced
Regular oil 2 tbsp
Italia olive oil 1 tsp
Black pepper 3/4 tspMethod
Put oil in a pot and put onion in it. Cook till onion is transparent
Take almonds, crushed poppy seeds and coconut. Mix with yoghurt along with salt, cumin, green chillies and black pepper. Now put this in and cook well. Add chicken pieces and cook till chicken is tender. Add water as desired and serve with rice or naan.
