Taco:
Ingredients for Shells
Flour ½ kg
Salt to taste
Hot water to knead
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
Add salt and 2 tbsp oil to flour knead with hot water make small puris, semi cook and fold into halves. Deep fry
Chicken
Boneless strips ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste to taste
Chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce ½ cup (Dipitt)
Capsicum strips 3
Method
Marinate chicken in tikka masala and ginger garlic paste for about half an hour
Heat oil cook chicken once tender add chilli garlic sauce . Lastly add capsicum and turn off the stove.
Sauces
Green sauce:
blend coriander mint leaves green chillies vinegar and desicated coconut with a little water and salt
Red sauce:
Pizza sauce (Dipitt) as required
White sauce
Hung curd 250 gms
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Cabbage for serving
Assembling
In fried taco shells put chicken then green red and white sauce.
Garnish with cabbage.
Coconut Pudding:
Ingredients:
Clarified butter 1 ½ tbsp
Semolina 1 tbsp
Milk 2 ½ cups
Coconut desiccated 1 cup
Rose water 1 tbsp
Condensed milk 1 tin
Eggs 2
Fresh cream ½ cup
Method
Heat clarified butter, fry semolina till golden add milk bring to boil add coconut and remove from fire. Once a bit cooled add eggs rose water condensed milk and fresh cream beat slightly and bake in an oven proof dish for 30 -45 minutes.
