Ingerdients:
For Coating:
1: chicken wings 1/2 kg (with skin or without your choice)
2: plain flour 1/2 cup
3: paprika powder 1/2 tsp
4: National garlic powder 1/2 tsp
5: National salt 1/2 tsp
6: National black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
For Mango Sauce:
1: mango pulp 1/2 cup
2: red chilli 2
3: garlic 2 cloves (crushed)
4: National red chill powder 1/4 tsp
5: National vinegar 1/4 cup
6: honey 1/4 cup
7: lemon juice 2 tbsp
Recipe:
Preheat Oven 425f, 220c, Gas Mark 7.
1: wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel.
2: in a bowl combine flour, National chilli powder, National garlic powder, National pepper and National salt.
3: then add the flour mixture, mx well so each wing is covered with the flour.
4: place chicken wings on a baking tray, and bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
5: in a food processor or blender, mix together the mango, National red chilli, garlic, National vinegar, National red chilli powder, honey and lime juice, blend until fully combined.
6: in a saucepan add the mixture at medium heat, stir occasionally to prevent sticking and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until your sauce reaches a preferred consistency.
7: fully coat your cooked wings in the sauce.
