Turkish Pizza/Pide Quick Recipe With 2 Ways in Urdu
Plain Flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as you required
Chicken Mince 250 gms
Onion 1 Medium (Chopped)
Tomato 1 Medium (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 Medium (Chopped)
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Garlic 1 tsp (Chopped)
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese as you required (Grated)
Nigella Sativa 1 tsp
Step 1: Take a large bowl and add Plain Flour, Sugar, Yeast, National Salt and mix it well and then knead it well with water and then add oil and knead it and cover it and rest it for 1 to 2 hours in room temperature.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Chicken Mince, Button Red Chilli, Garlic, National Cumin Powder, National Black Pepper Powder, National Salt, Onion, Tomato, Capsicum and mix it well. your Chicken Topping is Ready.
Step 3: After 1 to 2 hours or when dough become rise then rolling it and make a bread and then place on baking tray and tray should be grease with oil and then place chicken topping and then cover it (Watch video for proper understanding that how to fold dough) Now you can make Cheesy pide for this follow same process just fill the dough with cheese and sprinkle Button Red Chilli and then brush with Egg and sprinkle Nigella Sativa on both Turkish Pide. Now bake it for 20 minutes on 200c. (Preheat for 20 minutes on 200c) After that your Turkish pizza/pide is ready.
