Ingredients
2 cups white chickpeas boiled
1 cup plain yogurt
250 gm boneless chicken boiled & shredded
2 eggs hard boiled
1 spring onion finely chopped
1 to mato finely chopped
2 tbsp cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp National chili sauce
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp National black pepper
1/2 tsp National salt
Cooking Method
In a bowl, add chicken, lemon juice, yogurt, cream, National chili sauce, mustard paste, National black pepper, National salt and oil.
Mix well.
Take out in a serving bowl.
Then add boiled chickpeas, tomato and spring onion.
Top with boiled eggs.
