Soft Bread Chicken Roll:
Ingredients:
Chicken filling
Chicken boneless 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion slice ¼ cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
White pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
Flour as required
Milk ½ cup
Method:
Heat oil adds onion fry well. Add garlic and chili paste cook well. Add chicken with all ingredients cook for 2 to 4 minute. Fill chicken in dough and leave for rinse. Place in preheat oven and bake at 180C for 10 to 12 minute.
Moist Brownie:
Ingredients:
Butter 125 gm
Dark chocolate 125 gm
Brown sugar 167 gm
Sugar 167 gm
Egg 150 gm
Flour 115 gm
Cocoa powder 30 gm
Salt 3 gm
Method:
In bowl mix butter, brown sugar, sugar and egg mix well. Add melted chocolate. Add flour, cocoa powder and salt mix well. After that pour in mould and bake at 180C for 30 minute.
Mini Pizza:
Ingredients for Dough:
Flour 1 kg
Egg 2
Sugar 40 gm
Salt 15 gm
Yeast 15 gm
Bread improver 5 gm
Butter 50 gm
Ingredients for Pizza Chicken
Chicken boneless cube 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
Vinegar 2 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Method:
In bowl mix flour and all ingredients, knead well. Leave it for 10 minute. Make balls from batter. Cut with cookie cutter. For pizza chicken heat oil, add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add chicken with all ingredients cook for 4 to 6 minutes. After that, pour pizza sauce, chicken and all ingredients on dough for topping. Leave for 20 to 25 minute to rinse. When done place in preheat oven and bake for 10 to 12 minute.
Till Wala Kulcha:
Ingredients:
Flour 1 kg
Egg 2
Sugar 40 gm
Salt 15 gm
Yeast 15 gm
Bread improver 5 gm
Butter 50 gm
Sesame seeds as required
Method:
Roll dough and mark on with help of finger. Apply sesame seeds and left for rinse.
Bake in preheat oven for 10 to 12 minute at 180C
