Shish Taouk:
Ingredients
Chicken boti boneless 1 kg
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Tomato paste 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Chapati 3
Tomato 2
Green chili medium 5
Onion large 1
Mint few leaves
Oil ½ cup
Method:
In bowl add chicken, salt, tomato paste, mustard paste and oregano, chopped garlic and lemon juice and mix well. Now add oil and again mix and leave for 8 hours then sweeing skewer the meat. Then separate skewer vegetable grilled. Now remaining tomato paste on chapatti sprinkling mint. Then keep kabab. Finally keep vegetables and serve.
Pizza Rolls:
Ingredients for dough:
Flour ½ kg
Yeast 1-1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Egg 1
Ingredients for filling:
Pizza sauce 1-1/2 cup
Chicken breast boneless 2 pieces
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 2 cups
Sliced onion 1 large
Oregano 1 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Oil 5 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sliced black olives 5 tbsp
Sliced mushrooms 1 tin
Black pepper 1 tsp
Method:
In a bowl add all the ingredients of dough and knead it well with Luke warm water and set aside for 1 hour to rise. For filling heat 5 tbsp then add chicken and fry on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and salt, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Remove, cool and slice. Then add it back to the pan along with crushed red chilies, oregano and black pepper and fry on high heat till all the liquid dries. Now roll the dough into rectangle sheet spread pizza sauce then chicken, olives, onion, mushrooms and both cheese. Then roll and cut in 2 inch size place in a muffin tray and bake on 200 C for 20 minutes. Remove and serve.
Breaded Chicken Burger:
Ingredients:
Chicken legs boneless 6
Bread crumbs 2 cups
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 3
Flour 1 cup
Burger buns 6
Cheddar cheese slice 6
Shredded iceberg lettuce 1 cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Oil for frying
Chili sauce 5 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add chicken, salt, white pepper, red chili powder, garlic powder and mix well and marinate for 3 hours. In a bowl beat eggs then dip chicken in flour then egg and then bread crumbs and deep fry in oil on medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes and set aside. In a bowl add mayonnaise and chili sauce and mix. Now toast buns and spoon some mayo sauce on both sides. Then place some iceberg, then patty and cheese. Place the top and serve
