Shepher’s Pie is a classic English Dish that has a crust of mashed potatoes on top that makes it unique and incredibly delicious!

Shepherd’s Pie:

Ingredients

Chicken / beef 500 gm
Onion chopped large 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes chopped 3
Rosemary 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mix herbs 1 – 2 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Oil as required
Ingredients for potato bed:
Potatoes boiled 10
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Cream 100 ml
Butter 2 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method for potato bed:
Grate the boil potatoes and add all the ingredients and mix them well.
Method for meat:
Saute onion , add ginger garlic paste and rosemary. Cook for a minute. Add chopped tomatoes and seasoned them with salt, dry mix herbs and crushed black pepper. Mix them well. Add little water and cover it with lid so that the tomatoes get softened. Bhonify a little bit. Now add meat and fix the seasoning as per your taste. Let it cook till the chicken get tender.
Assembling the shepherd pie:
Grease a Pyrex dish with oil and spread potato mix on it. Also cover the sides of dish with potato mix. Now put the chicken / beef on potato mix and spread it well.Now spread grated cheddar cheese on top of it.
Put it in a pre heat oven at about 200 c for 30-35 mins.
Serve hot…

Mexican Quesadillas:

Ingredients tortilla dough :

Flour 2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Clarified butter ¼ cup
Warm water as required
Ingredients for Filling:
Chicken boneless 250 gm
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Ginger powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Thyme ¼ tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
Paprika powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Capsicum chopped 1
Onion chopped 1
Tomatoes chopped 1

Method for tortias dough::
Knead all the ingredients well. Keep for 20 mins, then make a small size rotis.

Method:
Marinate the chicken with garic powder, red chilli powder, ginger powder, zeera powder, oil, thyme, oregano, paprika powder and salt. Mix well and keep it for half an hour.
Take a pan put oil, add chicken and cook. When chicken is tender add chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Saute for 2 mins and keep aside.

Make rotis pour some chicken mixture on it, put some cheese and sour cream. Place another roti on it and cook for 2-3 mins.
Serve hot with sour cream.

Coffee Caramel Delight:

Ingredients:

Unflavored cream 2 tin
Cream 3 packets
coffee mix 3 sachets
Cream caramel / egg pudding 5 packets
Plain biscuits as required
chocolate biscuits 2 packets
Milk as required
Pineapple chunks as required

Method:
Take a bowl, put nestle tin cream, cream, 3 in one mix sachets ( add 2 sachets) and cream caramel or egg pudding and 4 sachets of its inside caramel. Whisk or beat well.

Take a dish , dip plain biscuits in milk nd place in a dish, put some pineapple chunks. Crushed candi biscuits and sprinkle on it. Pour coffee cream mixture nd spread it. Repeat all these layer. On top garnish it with crush candi biscuit, powder of 3 in 1 nescafe coffee mix and some caramel.

Serve chill..!!!

Chicken loaded fries:

Ingredients

Chicken fries 1/2 packet
Pizza sauce 3-4 tbsp
Olives as required
Cheese shredded as required
Jalapenos as required
Chili flakes for garnishing
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Siracha sauce 1-2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 5-6 tbsp

Method:
Fry the chicken fries. Take a pan and make a layer of fries. Pour pizza sauce on it. Mix mayonese with hot sauce and siracha sauce. Pour this sauce on fries. On top put jalapenos, olives and cheese. Sprinkle chiili flakes. At the end pour chesse and bake it for 5-10 mins till cheese melts.
Serve hot
