SHEPHERD PIE:
Potato 500gm
Milk 1 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Onion chopped ½ cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Beef minced 1 cup
Carrot chopped ¼ cup
Green peas boiled ½ cup
Tomato puree ½ cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Lemon juice few drops
METHOD:
In a pan milk and butter melt on low heat. then mashed potatoes ,salt and black pepper add and mix then set a side .then in the second side heat oil in a pan and roast the onion and garlic fry .now beef mince roast well then add all ingredients and add water then cover it and leave for 8 to 10 minutes .when beef tender then add tomato puree and oregano ,tomato paste and lemon juice mix .now add carrot and peas and further cook .now add carrot ,peas and cook till than sauce thick and oil separate then remove in baking dish and spread the mixture .finally pour the potato mixture and bake for 8 to 10 minutes .

FRIED CHICKEN WITH DIJON SAUCE:
Boneless chicken breast 4 pcs
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Egg 2 pcs
Milk 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Bread crumb as required
Oil for frying
MUSTAR SAUCE
Chicken stock 1 cup
Dijon Mustard 2 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Cream ¼ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Method:
In a bowl chicken fillet ,oil ,garlic ,lemon juice ,mustard paste ,paprika ,salt and oregano add and mix well and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes .now in a separate bowl add corn flour and chicken powder mix .then in second bowl egg and milk mix .then chicken coat in flour then egg and then bread crumbs and fry on low heat till than golden . for Dijon mustard sauce in a fry pan chicken stock ,Dijon mustard paste ,oregano and cream add and cook on low heat till than sauce thick .

THYME CHICKEN
Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Carrot cubes ½ cup
Onion cubes ½ cup
Spring onion julienned 5 to 6
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Thyme 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Cream ¼ cup
METHOD
In a frying pan heat oil and fry garlic .then add chicken ,carrot ,onion cubes ,flour and butter and fry .now add chicken stock and all ingredients and boil for 5 to 7 minutes .then on low heat add cream and again cook till than gravy thick .finally add spring onion and stove off .
