Shaljam ka salan
Ingredients:
Turnips ½ kg
Oil ¼ cup
Onion sliced 2
Garlic ginger 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ kg
Cumin 1 tbsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Green chili sliced 5
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add onion and fry the onion till than golden brown .then add ginger garlic and fry for a minute .then add all the remaining ingredients along with 1 cup of water except turnips and cook on low heat for 10 minutes .then grind and mix and make fine paste add turnips and cook on low heat for 10 minutes then serve hot .
Parsi machali masala :
Ingredients:
Fish sliced ½ kg
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
Coconut milk 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 large
Curry leaves few leaves
Method:
In a bowl add fish ,garlic ,ginger ,salt ,turmeric ,red chili paste ,green chili paste ,vinegar and chili powder and mix well and marinate for 2 hour .then heat oil in a pan and fry the fish form both side .for 12 to 15 minutes .and set aside .in the same pan add remaining oil .and fry onion till than golden then add mustard paste,coconut milk ,curry leaves .salt ,cumin ,fenugreek seeds and lemon juice bring it to a boil and cook till than thick paste then pour on fish and serve .
Barbeque chicken lasagna:
Ingredients:
Chicken leg boneless in cubes 1 kg
Oregano 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1tbsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Charcoal 1 piece
Lasagna pasta boiled 1-1/2 packet
Cheddar cheese 2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
For white sauce:
Milk 1 litter
Cream 1 packet
Flour 3 tbsp
Butter 5 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Pizza sauce 2 cup
Onion chopped 1 small
Method:
In a bowl add chicken, salt,pepper, oregano and garlic powder and do the smoke with the charcoal .heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken on high heat for 15 minutes then remove and set aside .for the white sauce in a pan heat butter then fry onion for a minute .then add flour and fry for a minute. Then add the all remaining ingredients of the sauce and mix well then boil and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes .remove and set aside .now pour in oven proof dish then add some pizza sauce then add chicken then add white sauce, then both the cheese and cover with the pasta sheets and then repeat the process on top layer cover with white sauce and some cheese then bake on 250c in the oven for 15 minutes .remove and serve hot.
