Shakshuka:
Ingredients
Tikka boti ½ packet
Eggs 4
Onion chopped 1
Tomatoes chopped 3-4
Green chilies chopped 3
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1tsp
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Method :
Take 3-4 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the onion until they are lil golden brown
Add tomatoes , green chilies and all the spices.
Cook them for about 6-7 minutes.
Now add eggs one by one by making spaces between the tomatoes,
cover them and let them cook on a low flame until the eggs are done.
Garnish it with green chilies, sprinkle salt and black pepper. Serve
Dhaba karahi:
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Tomatoes chopped half kg
Oil 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
Green chilies 5-6
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Coriander 1 bunch
Directions:
In a pan heat oil, add chicken, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste. Fry it.
Add chopped tomatoes on high flame.
Add all other dry spices, keep adding coriander small small amount of coriander leaves.
Keep cooking it and keep adding coriander.
At the end add green chilies and kasuri methi. Cook for 5-7 minutes and its done
Mocha pots:
Ingredients:
Whipping cream 1cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Semi sweet chocolate ½ cup
Coffee dissolved 1 tbsp
Directions:
Beat the whipping cream till it gets doubled and forms peaks.
Add vanilla essence too.
Now add dissolved coffee.
In a separate bowl melt chocolate in the microwave for 10 10 seconds keep stiring and checking so that the chocolates doesnt get burned. Keep aside let it cool.
Add this chocolate to the cream and fold thoroughly!
Refrigerate, decorate and serve
