Ingredients
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
National white Tikka Masala
Cream 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsps
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsps
Almond 1 tbsp
National Salt to taste
National White pepper 1 tsp
Raw papaya 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and take a little mixture and skew on the skewers so that the tikkas do not break off in places.
Barbeque and serve hot.
