A quick and simple party snack that tastes downright delicious.
SEV KHICHIA PAPAD
Ingredients
4 khichia papad
2 small potatoes, boiled, and peeled
¼ tsp chaat masala powder + sprinkling
¼ tsp dried mango powder (amchoor) + sprinkling
¼ tsp red chilli powder + sprinkling
Melted butter as required
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
3-4 tbsps chopped raw mango
4-5 tbsps roasted peanuts
4-5 tbsps masala chana dal
Red chilli-garlic chutney as required
Sweet tamarind chutney as required
Green chutney as required
Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Method
1. Dry roast the papads on direct flame till roasted from all sides.
2. In a bowl, mash the potatoes, add chaat masala powder, amchoor powder, red chilli powder, and mix well.
3. On a serving plate and slightly crush the papad into pieces, drizzle butter, add onions, tomatoes, raw mango, peanuts, masala chana dal, and add the prepared potatoes mixture.
4. Drizzle red chilli-garlic chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney, sprinkle chaat masala powder, red chilli powder and drizzle a little yogurt.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander and sev. Serve immediately.
