The food promotion was held from 23th to 24th November with the signature menu prepared exclusively for the event by renowned Italian cooking expert , Ms Fabrizia Panzani.
She collaborated with executive Chef of Movenpick Hotel Karachi to create mouthwatering authentic Italian Dishes from various part of the country. The idea behind introducing this king menu in a festival was to open guest to a host of Italian delicacies.
The festival was inaugurated by Italian Consul, Dr. Gianluca along with Mirza Mansoor, General Manager of Movenpick Hotel Karachi.
The guests were served with a set of menu exclusively prepared by Mr. Fabrizia for the opening event. The guest were also treated with a sight of striking Italian art displayed outside the restaurant , La mamma.
