Salad Burger :
Ingredients:
Burger buns 4
Chicken patties 4
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Black pepper ½ cup
Crushed red chili ½ tsp
Salt as required
Oil as required
For salad:
Cabbage or iceberg chopped 1 cup
Salad leaves chopped 4
Cucumber 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Boiled macaroni 1 cup
Method:
Chicken pieces fry in a oil. now after this in burger spread tomato .then mayonnaise ,black pepper ,crushed red chili ,mustard paste and salt mix .now chopped vegetables and boil macaroni mix .after this on burger chicken Patti and mayonnaise salad add .finally place second burger and serve .

Aalu Naan :
Ingredients for naan:
White flour ½ kg
Yeast 1 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Filling ingredients:
Boiled potatoes ½ kg
Cheddar cheese as required
Black pepper as required
Salt as required
Crushed red chili as required
Oil as required
Green chili chopped as required
Green coriander as required
Method:
All nan ingredients mix and knead soft dough then leave for 2 hours. after this potato mashed and all filling ingredients mix. Now roll out the loaf and spread then oil. Then potatoes masala bakes at 180degree centigrade for ½ hour and serve.

Mutton Bhindi :
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Lady finger ½ kg
Tomato paste 250 grams
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
All spices powder 1 tsp
Green chili 2
Green coriander 4 tbsp
Bay leaves 1
Oil ½ cup
Onion 2
Method:
In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry onion .then add ginger ,garlic ,mutton ,tomato paste ,red chili powder ,salt ,turmeric ,coriander powder ,cumin ,black pepper ,all spices and bay leaves add and roast well .now add hot water and roast well .then in cooker cook for 20 to 25 minutes .when meat tender then add lady fingers .if you need shorba then keep .finally add green chilies and green coriander then stove off .
