Sada Machali Qorma :
Ingredients:
Surmai fish ½ kg
Onion 2
Yogurt 250 grams
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cardamom 4
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Cloves 4
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
Green chilies, green coriander 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method:
In fish add garlic and leave for 1 hour then wash it .now brown the onion then add yogurt and grind it.
Now heat oil then add cardamom ,black pepper and clove add .after this add turmeric ,red chili ,salt ,all spices powder and ginger garlic add and roast .after this 2 cup of water add and cook .now add fish and cook for 10 minutes .finally add green chili ,green coriander and ginger sprinkling and serve .
Sagodana Sawaiyan:
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Whole dried milk 250 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Boiled sago seeds 1 cup
Dill ½ cup
Ice cream as required
Yellow color 1 pinch
Almonds 100 gm
Pistachio 100 gm
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Cardamom ½ tsp
Method:
Cook milk, add sugar and dill. Mix well. Once it is boiled add boiled tapioca sago, cardamom, yellow color and corn flour with a little water. Dissolve well and add to the milk. Once it is thick turn off the heat. Then allow it to cool down. Add to the bowl; add ice cream, whole dried milk, almonds and pistachio. Serve.
