Sabut Masala Aalu Gosht :

Ingredients:
Boiled beef ½ kg
Potatoes 250 grams
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Dried chilies 6
Cumin 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Garlic chopped 1tsp
Cumin roasted 2tsp
Ginger (julienne) 2tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Tamarind paste 2tbsp
Oil as required

Method
In a pan heat oil and fry onions then add potatoes cubes , then add chopped garlic , tomatoes , julienne cut ginger , turmeric , roasted cumin , all spice , red chili powder , salt , cumin and dried chilies & cook well , then add this masala and boil beef and also add tamarind paste ,finally dish out then add roasted masala and roasted cumin sprinkling and serve .

Garlic Butter Rice:
Ingredients:
Rice soaked ½ kg
Butter 50 grams
Green chili 2
Chicken Seekh kabab 1 packet
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green onion 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Green coriander ½ tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Whole red chili (long) 6
Curry leaves 6
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry chicken seekh kabab and set aside then fry garlic .when aroma comes out add cumin ,green chili ,whole red chili ,curry leaves ,salt ,turmeric ,black paper powder and 2 cup of water add and oil then add rice .when it comes on dum then add fried seekh kabab ,green coriander ,butter and green onion and leave on dum .after this stove off .

Summer Drink:

Ingredients:

Cucumber 1
SodaWater 1 bottle
Ice 1 cup
Mint Leaves ½ cup
Black Salt ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Apple 1
Method:
In a blender, blended cucumber, lemon juice, apple, black salt, soda water and ice.Now take it out, serve with mint leaves.
