Saag:
Ingredients
Spinach 2 bunches
Purslane 2 bunches
Amaranth Leaves 2 bunches
Spinach (chopped) 2 bunches
Fenugreek Leaves 10-12
Dried Fenugreek Leaves 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 3 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Colander 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Yogurt 2 cup
Method
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, onion and ginger. Now add all spices and seasonings with 2 cups water and bring it to boil. Add yogurt and cook for another 10 minutes. Now add all the greens and cook for 10 minutes. Add this mixture to the blender and make a fine paste. Mix this paste with masala and cook on high flame for 10 minutes. Lastly add dried fenugreek leaves, mix and serve.
Crispy chicken roll:
Ingredients for chicken:
Chicken legs boneless (cubed) ½ kg
Flour 2 cups
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
For garlic mayo sauce ingredients:
Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1-1/2 cup
Chili sauce 1/3 cup
Parathay 8
Method:
In chicken all spices mix and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Then chicken coat in egg and then flour and fry for 10 minutes and remove then set aside .now in a bowl add garlic mayo sauce ingredients and mix well .after this spread the chicken on paratha and add 2 tbsp of sauce then roll it .
Chocolate Panna Cotta:
Ingredients:
Melted cooking chocolate ½ cup
Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 750 ml
Cream 1 packet
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
Chocolate shavings 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat milk in a pan. Now add sugar, cream and vanilla essence tocook for a minute. After that dissolve gelatin in ½ cup of water and add it to the milk ,chocolateand cocoa powder and mix well mix well, then remove from the stove keep in refrigerate to get settle down. Finally pour in glasses and serve it.
