Ingredients:
Chicken karahi pieces 1/2 kg
Cream 1 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Onion paste 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves as required
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat oil in pan and put onion paste.
When aroma cones, put chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, salt and ginger garlic and roast it nicely.
Now put chicken and roast it.
Then put tomato paste, yogurt and cream and cover it on low flame.
When chicken tender, put green chilies, coriander leaves and butter and close stove.
Chicken malai handi is ready.
