Peshwari Kheer:
Milk 1-1/2 liter
Rice ½ cup
Water 1-1/2 cup
Condensed milk ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds & pistachio ½ cup
Walnuts ½ cup
Dates ½ cup
Rose water 1 tbsp
Sterling silver leaf for garnish
Ashrafiyan ½ cup
Method
Soak rice for 30 minutes. Now cook them with 1-1/2 cup water until they got done. Then mashed rice well. Now cook milk with mashed rice in a pan so that mixture gets thick. Then add condensed milk and sugar and cook continuously until it gets thick. Then add rose water and green cardamom. Now add almond, pistachios, walnut and dates. Now take out kheer in serving dish and add sliced almond, pistachios and ashrafiyan. Garnish with sterling silver leaf.
Nuggets Paratha Roll:
Ingredients:
Paratha 1 packet
Nuggets 1 packet
Ketchup ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
Fry paratha and nuggets. Add nuggets, ketchup, mayonnaise, cabbage and chili sauce on paratha. Roll and serve.
Chicken Malai Handi:
Chicken karahi pieces ½ kg
Cream 1 cup
Tomatoes paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Onion chopped 1 cup
Green chilies as required
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Method:
Ina pan heat oil and fry onion .when feel smell then add tomatoes ,red chili powder ,black pepper powder ,salt and ginger ,garlic add and well roast .now add chicken and roast it .then add tomato paste ,yogurt and cream add and cook on low heat then cover it .when chicken tender then add green chilies ,green coriander and butter add then stove off .and read Malia chicken handi .
