Palak Pakora Chaat :
Ingredients:
Gram flour 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Salt, turmeric, chili as required
Soda 2 pinch
Water as required
Spinach 10-12 leaves
Oil for frying
For chaat ingredients:
Yogurt 1 cup
Boiled potatoes 2 cup
Boiled chickpeas ¾ cup
Chopped tomatoes, onion, green coriander 1 cup
Fine sev ½ cup
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Meethi chutney 2 tbsp
Method:
In gram flour all remaining ingredients mix add water and mix. now add spinach leaves and coat then fry and dish out. then add boil potatoes, boil chickpeas and chaat masala. then pour on Palak pakora. After this meethi chutney, chopped tomatoes, onion, green coriander and fine sev mix and serve.
Coffee Banana Shake :
Ingredients:
Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
Bananas 4
Coffee 1 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Cream 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 4 tbsp
Ice as required
Method:
In a blend all the ingredients and blend it well .
Tandoori Masala Chicken Chaat:
Ingredients:
Chicken small cubes 400 grams
Oil 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Tandoori masala 1-1/2 tsp
Cucumber 1
Tomato 1
Chopped onion 1
Green coriander, green chili as required
Fry potatoes as required
Papri as required
Khatti chutney 1 tbsp
Method:
In chicken add yogurt ,ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala add and set aside .now heat oil and chicken fry then add water and chicken tender .after this chicken roast and cool it .then add cucumber ,tomatoes ,chopped onion ,green coriander ,green chili and fry potatoes then dish out .finally add papri and green coriander and khatti chutney and serve it .
