Chef Muhammet Omer Aydemir was only fourteen years old when pastries became more than just his favorite food but a passion instead. Not many people figure out what they want to do for their whole lives at just the age of fourteen. People still question their career path even when they are in their forties.
Chef Aydemir knew he wanted to take his love for the pastry to a whole new level and decided to carve out a career path where his life would revolve around it. He worked hard, learned studiously, and put his all into becoming a pâtissier. His path was not easy but with determination and the will to work hard, he found himself succeeding in the end.
His journey of learning and improving did not stop, however, as he still takes training, attends workshops, and travels all over the world to learn new things in order to make his pastry skills better. He has travelled to learn new techniques or even work in places like Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Turkey, Azerbaijan, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, France, Germany, Singapore and many more.
His work ethic and discipline is always something his colleagues praise him for. He has a strong presence in a kitchen whether it is an average restaurant or the Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa where he has worked. Seyyah Chef is one that personifies skill and passion for pastry. As of now, his goal is to travel even more not just to learn more about pastry but also interact with other people who are just as passionate about pastry as he is.
