Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken mince
- 1 Chicken cube
- 25 gm Pistachio, ground
- 25 gm Almond ground
- 1 tbsp Pepper crushed
- National 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- National Salt to taste
- 3-4 tbsp Gram Flour
- National 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2-3 Green chilies chopped
- 1/2 Egg
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
- 25 gm Walnut ground
- Oil for fry
Cooking Method
- Put all ingredients except oil in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape mixture into round patties or kabab’s.
- heat oil in shallow pan and fry kabab’s 5 minutes or each side or until golden brown.
- Dish it out. Delicious Nawabi Kabab’s are ready to serve.
