Ingredients
10 piece Chicken legs
100 gms. curds
National Salt to taste
1 tsp.National pepper powder
½ tsp.National Red Chilli powder
2 tsp. oil
Red edible food colouring
1 Lime
Apply salt to chicken legs and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Make small cubes of chicken or keep them whole.
Mix curds, chilli powder, pepper powder, food colouring and apply to chicken.
Marinate for at least 3 hours.
Put chicken legs on a skewer and roast in a tandoor or charcoal oven. Remove after 5 minutes.
Baste meat with oil and roast again till done. Serve immediately.
