Ingredients:4-5 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
1 Kg Mutton
¼ tsp Turmeric
1 tsp CuminSalt to taste
1 tsp Crushed Black Chili
Water as required
3 Tomatoes (cut into half)
3 Onion (cut into half)
3-4 Green Chili
Direction for Mutton Rosh:In a large cooking pot, add Cooking Oil, Garlic Chopped and cook for a whileNow add Mutton, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Black Chili, Water and cook for a minuteNow cover it with the foil pepper and lid and cook it for 2-3 hours on low flameAfter that add tomatoes, onion, green chilies and cover for 12-15 minutes on low medium flame.
