Ingredient:
Mutton / beef 500 grams
Cooked chickpeas 2tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
National garam masala 2 tsp
Ginger paste 2 tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Green chili 4
Small onion 1
Ghee ¼ cup
National Salt 1tsp
Method:
Grind 2 tbsp of cooked chickpeas and 1 tbsp of poppy seeds into a powder form
Add 2tsp of tara garam masala , 2 tsp of ginger paste,2 tsp crushed red chillis,1 onion,4 green chillis,2 tbsp of green coriander and 1 tsp of salt in 500 grams of mince meat and mix it well.
Place small amount of mixture on your palm and fold it and shape into a kebab
Now fry these kababs on a pan or over charcoal.
