Grilled Corn and Capsicum Toasties

Ingredients

1 cup sweet Corn kernels, boiled

1 medium green capsicum, chopped

8 brown bread slices

2-3 green chillies, chopped

7-8  National black peppercorns, crushed

½ cup Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayonnaise

 

 

Grind corn kernels coarsely.

Add green capsicum, green chillies, peppercorns and half cup of Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayonnaise and mix well.

Transfer this mixture into a bowl.

Arrange the bread slices on work top and spread the corn filling evenly on them.

Drizzle the remaining mayonnaise over and grill in the grill mode of a microwave for five minutes. Serve hot.
