METHOD :
For Adha kilo Rice:
Boil rice with 1 leave of Tez Pat, 1 bari ilaichi, 1tsp kala zeera and 1 large hari mirch.
In 1 cup of dahi, add 1 tsp of red chilli, half tsp of kutti laal mirch, 1tsp full of dhania powder, salt (jitna total chawlon mein dalna hai uska adha dahi mein dale), achi tarah mix kar k is mein 6 hard boiled eggs add karden aur ek side pr rakh den.
1 pao shimla mirch rings mein cut karen,
1 pao tomato ko rings mein cut karen aur
1 pao onions ko rings mein cut karen.
Ab frying pan mein thora sa oil daal kr pehle onion ko sautè karen..usko nikal k phr shimla mirch ko..usko nikal k phr tomato ko..
Ziada nai bas thora thora achi tarah fry kr k ek side pr rakh den.
Ab isi oil mein ya agr oil khtam hojae tou thora aur dal kr, dahi mein se eggs nikal kr usko b light fry krlen..frying pan ko hath se move krte jaen, bas thora sa fry kr k nikal len.
Ab ek pan mein thora sa oil ya ghee dalen, us mein sabut garam masala dalen, ginger paste 1 tsp, garlic paste 1 tsp, 1tsp lal mirch, half tsp kutti laal mirch , salt (remaining half) , achi tarah mix kar k jis dahi mein eggs thay wo dahi is mein dal den..aur 1 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp full of garam masala aur brown crushed onion takriban 2 tbsp dal kr thora bhoone ..phr eggs is mei daal k itna pakae k thick gravy ban jae..ziada liquid na rahe dahi..
Ab ek baray pan ko ghee se grease karen, us mein half boiled rice spread karen, aur plain yougurt 2tbsp dalen, 3 se 4 bari hari mirch , eggs with gravy, fried veges half dalen, remaining rice dalen, hara dhania, 4 bari hari mirchen, remaining fried veges, brown crushed onions, pisa garam masala, yelow colr in zafran and kewra daal kr 20 se 25 mint ka dam de den..
