Ingredients:
Mutton 1 Kg
Onion 2 (Chopped)
Yogurt 1 Cup
Plain Flour 1/4 Cup
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
National Cumin 1 tsp (Crushed)
National Salt 1 tsp
National Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Ghee 1 Cup
Green Coriander 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Green Chilli 6 (Chopped)
Water 3 Glass
Whole Garam Masala:
Bay Leaf 1
Green Cardamom 8
National Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cinnamon 2
Cloves 6
Direction:
Step 1: Take a pot and use medium flame and add ghee and then add Onion and stir it and fry it until it become into golden color. After that add Whole Garam Masala and stir it well and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it well and then add Mutton and cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame with stir and then add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder and stir it well and then add Yogurt and stir it well and then add 3 glass water and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 1 hour on medium to low flame.
Step 2: After that remove the lid and stir it well and now take a bowl and add Plain Flour and add some water and mix it well and put this gradually into mutton handi/pot and stir it well and then add Cumin, Garam Masala Powder and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Step 3: After that remove the lid and stir it and add Green Coriander, Green Chilli and Ginger and turn off the flame. Your Mutton Kunna is Ready.
