Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken mince
- 125 gm gram lentils boiled
- 50 gm almonds boiled
- 50 gm pistachios boiled
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds crushed
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
- 1 tbsp red pepper crushed
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
- 2 inch piece of Ginger
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and mace powder
- National 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp all spice powder
- 1 boiled egg
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 cup plain flour
- Oil for frying
- National Salt to taste
Cooking Method
- Place mince and boiled gram lentils in a chopper or food processor.
- Process until well combined.
- Then add ginger, garlic and chopped onion and process again till smooth mixture is formed.
- Now add boiled egg, crushed red pepper, crushed cumin seeds, turmeric, all spice powder, nutmeg mace powder, salt, boiled almonds and boiled pistachios.
- Process until well combined.
- Take it out the mixture in a mixing bowl and shape into medium sized kabab’s.
- Dip each kabab in beaten egg, coat with dry flour.
- Again dip in egg and coat with flour.
- Shallow fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.
- Take it out in a serving plate. and serve hot.
