Muffin:

Ingredients:
Butter (melted) 250 gm
Sugar 200 gm
Eggs 8
Flour 250 gm
Baking powder 2 gm
Raisins 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp

Baking Temperature: 150 c
Baking Time: 30 minutes

Method:
In a bowl add butter and sugar. Beat well. Then add 8 eggs one by one, beat well. Now add vanilla essence, mix well. Then in another bowl add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix properly. Now add the dry ingredients gradually in the butter mixture and mix well with hands. Then add prepared mixture in the muffin tray and add raisins. Now bake it with an open door in a preheated oven at 150 c for about 10 minutes. Then close the oven door and bake again for about 20 minutes. Remove and serve hot.

Denish Butter Cookies:

Ingredients:
Eggs 2
Butter 100 gm
Icing Sugar 100 gm
Flour 200 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Salt a pinch

Method:
In a bowl add butter and icing sugar. Beat well. Now add eggs one by one and beat well. Then add vanilla essence, flour and salt. Mix properly. Now add prepared mixture in a piping bag and make like cookie shape on a baking tray. Then bake in an oven on 180 c for about 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Tempura Prawns With Sauce:

Ingredients:
Breaded prawns 1 packet
Oil for frying
Japanese soy sauce 4 tbsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Dashi powder 1 tbsp

Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry the prawns on a medium heat for about 5-6 minutes. Then in another pan add Japanese soy sauce, ginger, sugar, chicken powder and 1 cup water. Cook well. Once it is boiled cook for another 1 minute. Serve tempura prawns with the sauce.
