Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
National Salt to taste
Onion 1
National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Red chili powder 1 tsp
National Turmeric 1/2 tsp
National Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
National Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies for garnish
Coriander leaves for garnish
National Korma masala 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in pan and fry onion until golden brown.
Now add National ginger garlic paste, chicken, National salt, National red chili powder, National turmeric, National Korma masala and National cumin, add little water, cover it and cook until chicken tender.
Then add tomatoes and sugar and cook until water dries.
Then put green chilies and National Garam Masala powder.
Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
Spicy Lime Grilled Shrimp
Mix together the Cajun seasoning, lime juice, and vegetable oil in a resealable plastic bag. Add the shrimp, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and shake off excess.
