Ingerdients:
Meat balls:
mince 600g
hedder cheese 1/2 cup(grated)
pasta sauce 500g
onion 1 large (grated, squeeze the water)
crushed red chillie 1 ts
dried oregano 1ts
National black pepper powder 1 ts
National garlic paste 1ts
National salt 1ts
oil 3 tbs
Sub Topping:
chedder cheese 2 cups (grated)
black olives 10 pieces (sliced)
onion 1 medium (finely sliced)
jalapeno pickled ( as required)
dried oregano 1/2 ts
foot long buns 4
Recipe:
in a bowl add mince, cheese, garlic paste, black pepper, salt, oregano and onion, mix well and make small balls (can grease your palms with little oil if the mince sticks to your hands)and keep aside.
in a pan heat the oil and fry the mince balls till golden and no liquid is remaining on high flame.
now add the pasta sauce, crushed red chillie mix well and cook on high flame till the sauce gets thick.
preheat the oven on 180c, gas mark 4, 350f and place the buns in the oven to warm them, keep the oven door open.
cut the buns and add the meat balls with a little sauce topping it with onions, jalapeno, black olives, cheese and sprinkle a little oregano and grill it till the cheese melts.
serve hot 🙂
