Mix 1.5 cup yoghurt, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric aloo bukhara, garam masala, lemon juice with chicken in a bowl and put it aside for 30 min
In the handi pot add Italia Olive Oil fry onions when golden brown add tomato and potatoes. Saute it till it’s mixed well. When oil separates from the masala add chicken and marinated mixture and seal the handi for 20 min. Once chicken is well cooked and masala gets dried..
Mix boiled rice with masala and green chili and food color on the top.. Pour water generously and seal the handi with flour.. Check after 20 30 min for steam!
Feel free to come up with your own variations and combinations in preparing biryani masala.. The major caution point is dealing with the handi as it gets extremely hot and masala might stick to the bottom
