Ingerdients:
Keema 1/2 kg
mash dal 1 Cup
Onion 1 large sliced
National Ginger & garlic paste 1 TBsp
National Red chilli powder 1Tsp
National Salt 1Tsp
National Tumeric 1/2 Tsp
National Garam masala 1 Tsp
National Cumin seeds 1 Tsp
2 inch of cinnamon stick
2 Black cardamom
2 Tomatos medium chopped
2 bullet green chilli
Fresh coriender
Oil or Ghee 1/2 Cup
Recipe:
Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, onions, and ginger& garlic paste, cook tip until it gets golden on high flame.
add tomatoes, red chill powder, turmeric & salt. mix well & cook on high flame till the oil come on the surface and the tomatoes soften.
then add the mince and cook on high flame till the water dries which the mince oozes.
when the mince water dries add the dal & 2 cups of water, cook o low to medium flame till the dal is tender and the water completely dry ( can add more water if required to cook the dal)
once the water dries add green chilies, garam masala & fresh coriander mix well and simmer for two minutes, serve hot.
