Ingredients :
Cream 1 ltr
Lemon juice 5 tbsp
Method :
In a souce pan bring cream to a boil Gently add lemon juice.
Now let it simmer for a few minutes and rotating the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Pour the mixture over cheese cloth.
Hang it for 24 hrs in fridge.
Remove the fridge open cloth and put on the bowl and beat it for softness.
